Information may include your name, email address, trading experience, markets traded, prop-firm interests, referral source, form responses, Discord username or user ID, and communications with the Clubhouse.
Public website information
DreamHost serves the website and may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, date, time, and server logs. The site may also load approved third-party resources such as fonts and the EmailOctopus form.
Waitlist and email
EmailOctopus manages public signup, consent, double opt-in, subscriber status, and email delivery. The embedded waitlist form is provided by EmailOctopus and is subject to its applicable privacy practices.
How information is used
Information may be used to manage the waitlist, confirm consent, issue invitations, operate membership, support onboarding, communicate updates, administer participation, prevent abuse, maintain records, and improve the Clubhouse experience.
Information sharing
Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the website, email, community, files, forms, and approved business workflows. Private member proof and internal records are not published without an approved purpose and appropriate consent.
