These terms govern use of the Lady Traders Clubhouse website, waitlist, public resources, and community entry points.
Educational and informational purpose
Website and community materials are provided for general education, information, discussion, and community participation. They are not individualized financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Trading decisions
You remain responsible for your own research, decisions, risk, account rules, purchases, trades, and professional advice. Lady Traders Clubhouse does not guarantee passing an evaluation, receiving funding, earning a payout, profitability, or any trading result.
Waitlist and access
Submitting the waitlist form and confirming your email records your interest. Discord invitations are released in controlled waves. Timing, features, eligibility, spaces, and participation opportunities may evolve during beta, launch, and stabilization.
Personal use of content
Lady Traders Clubhouse classes, recordings, worksheets, presentations, strategies, and educational materials are provided for personal, noncommercial use unless a written agreement states otherwise. Recording, reproducing, teaching, distributing, selling, licensing, rebroadcasting, or commercializing Clubhouse content requires prior written authorization.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the website and forms lawfully and respectfully. Misuse includes impersonation, false submissions, interference with service operation, unauthorized access, scraping private information, infringement, fraud, or unapproved solicitation.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to EmailOctopus, Discord, prop firms, platforms, social networks, and other third parties. Their services, terms, availability, data practices, and offers are controlled by those providers.
Intellectual property
The Lady Traders Clubhouse name, logo, website, original copy, graphics, educational materials, and other protected content remain the property of their respective owners and may be used only as authorized.
